Beautiful studio in a prestigious building w a large sofa bed. Building with 24 hr security on Ave Foch. 2nd floor w elevator looking upon building garden and a quiet street. 3 different supermarkets including Naturalia are 2 min walk from the place and many specialty food stores, boutiques, bistros, coffee shops and Eric Kayser bakery. Metro: Argentine (Ligne 1) and Port Dauphine. (Ligne 2) Etoile (champs Elysees) and Palais des Congress with its boutiques and cinemas are each a 10 min walk.
The space
There is a foyer with the kitchen with normal size kitchen sink, microwave, fridge, stove and plenty of storage. Bathroom was opened up to have a wheelchair access for my mom so it is large for a studio. It also has a hand held shower added next to the toilet to serve as a bidet as needed. The LR is a separate place with a door, beautiful floor to ceiling window facing the building garden. Electrical shutters. Plenty of storage for clothes to hang and drawers. Dining table that can be extended.

Other things to note
The building g is wheelchair accessible and we made the apt also wheelchair accessible as my mom sometimes uses it.
