Please note parking is on -2 in the same building – one floor below ground floor with direct elevator access to the apt.
The apt looks on a busy downtown street with buses and cars and pedestrians. When windows are closed there is no noise whatsoever as they are very high quality. With windows open you have street noise. There is absolutely no noise from neighbors from any side.
