We are delighted to present you with our spacious and beautifully renovated house. With three bedrooms on the ground floor, a living room that can be used as an additional bedroom, and a fully renovated kitchen (with one wall currently being finished), the house provides ample space for your comfort. The attic area, with its own kitchenette and private bathroom, can also serve as a separate unit if desired.
The property boasts a large fenced yard, complete with a meticulously maintained lawn, providing privacy and security. There is ample parking space for multiple vehicles, and the gated entrance ensures an extra layer of security. For your convenience, the house is equipped with cameras for added peace of mind.
Inside, you’ll find a range of amenities to enhance your stay, including fast internet, a washing machine, an ironing board, and spacious wardrobes. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure your utmost comfort.

Introducing our charming Green Sanctuary house, perfect for your stay! This ground floor house features a cozy living room with a dining area and a beautifully renovated kitchen. The open layout allows you to relax and enjoy quality time together.
On the first floor, elevated just above the ground level, you will find three spacious bedrooms.
The first bedroom offers a 120×90 bed, a work desk, and a view of the pine trees and the newly landscaped lawn.
The second bedroom features a 160×90 bed, a dresser, and a large wardrobe. The window overlooks an old plum tree, with the afternoon sun casting a delightful glow into the room.
The third bedroom has its own access to the back garden, complete with a ramp for wheelchair accessibility. It also includes a small sitting area, a mini library, and a 120×90 bed.
All three bedrooms have access to the front terrace, providing a serene view of the pine trees and the front yard.
Additionally, the house offers a fully renovated bathroom on the same level, designed with accessibility in mind, featuring a completely level floor.
On the second floor, there is a fully renovated attic space with excellent lighting and natural stone details. It includes a separate bathroom, a kitchenette, a dining area, a small living space, and a large 160×200 bed.
